Former vice president Joe Biden who is now in the running for the 2020 presidential elections, was suspiciously stumbling and slurring through his 27-minute speech in Pittsburgh.
Nearly every sentence was loaded with verbal errors.
He opened: “I want to thank Rich Fritzgerald, the county executive for — the baladanny — the Alleghengy County executive for being here.”
“The country wasn’t built by Wall St. bankers, CEOs, and hudge — heh — and hedge fund managers,” Biden stuttered at a headline moment.
He constantly messed up words such as “dignity,” “successful,” and “hospitals.” Some words were even completely indecipherable.
“Union workers, the UAW took cuts in their pensions and their future and less to get GM working,” Biden stated.
