A mass shooting injuring at least 14 people occurred recently outside a funeral home in Chicago. The shooting coincides with the Democratic Mayor Lori Lightfoot refusing help from President Trump.
The Chicago Police confirmed that a black vehicle randomly fired at a crowd that was outside a funeral home.

A report from CBS Chicago states:
Chicago Police First Deputy Supt. Eric Carter said a black vehicle was heading west on 79th Street at 6:30 p.m., when people inside began firing at attendees of a funeral. The funeral was taking place at a funeral home at 1018 W. 79th St.
The attendees of the funeral began firing back at the vehicle, which turned north on Carpenter Street and kept firing at people from the funeral before crashing midway down the block.
The occupants got out and fled in multiple directions, Carter said.
Violence has been ravaging the city of Chicago which has lead President Trump to offer help to the city, however, the mayor has been adamant on not allowing Trump to interfere and “terrorize” the residents.
Under no circumstances will I allow Donald Trump’s troops to come to Chicago and terrorize our residents.

How are “Trump’s troops” going to “terrorize” residents when residents are already killing themselves in the city? She’s doing a terrible job and is still refusing help that will improve her city.
