Democrats DISGUSTING Attack On Amy Coney Barrett

This is just childish.

In a recent interview with MSNBC, Senate Judiciary Committee member Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) surprisingly stated that he would refuse to meet with Judge Amy Coney Barrett “Because I think it would treat this process as legitimate, which it is not.

According to Breitbart, Blumenthal stated, “I’m going to oppose her nomination. Because I think it is part of an illegitimate, sham process, but it also threatens real people, real lives in very real ways. And during a pandemic, the last thing we ought to be considering is a justice who is committed to striking down the Affordable Care Act, and you can be sure she has passed that ‘strong test,’ the president’s words, for what the test should be, and I will not be meeting with her. Because I think it would treat this process as legitimate, which it is not.”

Sen. Blumingidiot has already made his decision on this matter. As usual he doesn’t want to be confused by the facts. Just another hyper partisan diapercrat spewing venom without reason!

When this person says “Because I think it is part of an illegitimate, sham process, but it also threatens real people, real lives in very real ways” I suspect he did not know enough about our Constitutional process to know what is legal. Now it is up to the Senate leader to demand to know what part is illegal or force him to leave “Article I, Section 5, of the United States Constitution provides that “Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member.” Perhaps that would lower the number of persons saying stupid things making the citizens look dumb for electing them.
